Axetris, the Microsystem division of Leister, is announcing the introduction of the modular mass flow meter- and controller range MFM/MFC 2000 for gases. The modules are based on the unique micro- machined mass flow sensor designed by Axetris. With a size of only 35 x 47 x 12 mm3, the new mass flow meter modules are amongthe smallest on the market. They are characterized by their very fast response time of less than 4 ms and their high accuracy of + 0.2% FS (flow rate 0…10% FS) and + 1% OR (flow rate 10…100% FS). The multigas / multirange version supports up to 10 different gas- and measuring ranges. Digital and analog interfaces are supported. The new MFM/MFC 2000 range is designed for simple gas monitoring and control application, as well as the build up of very compact customer specific gas mixing manifolds. |
