NOVOLAS laser soldering of THT components results in brief and therefore minimal thermal stress. The controlled and locally limited application of heat is ideally suited for multi-stage, complex soldering processes. The NOVOLAS E-spot system allows flexible programming of position, power profile and point size. The option compact and computer-controlled solder wire delivery feature defines the solder quantity with a high degree of reproducibility.
