As an innovative and independent sole proprietorship, Leister has always place great importance on transparent total quality management. Leister Process Technologies was certified according to the stringent industry standard ISO 9001 in the year 2000. The processes are continually adapted or improved to fulfil the relevant quality criteria. Products result, which enjoy a proverbial good reputation and serve faithfully year upon year despite adverse environmental conditions.

Our products are constructed and developed according to the applicable national and international industry standards. Product standards (e.g. the ISO, IEC, EN or UL industry standards) are observed, as well as application-related standards and directives (e.g. DVS [German Welding Association] directives). Trust is good, control is better! - For our customers’ safety, we have our products tested by accredited, independent third-party bodies. Conformity with the relevant regulation is subsequently confirmed. On the basis of these tests, the products are certified and  they bear safety marks accordingly (e.g. the Swiss Safety Mark or UL listing mark) and/or conformity marks, e.g. CE mark. 

Only those manufacturers obtain certificates that also allow regular inspections after initial testing. As part of the factory inspections, which take place unannounced four times a year, the inspectors ensure that production conforms to the test samples. Of course, we make all certificates and declarations of conformity available to our customers at all times.
