The chassis manufactured from PC is tightly welded with the transparent lid. With a component diameter of 50 mm and a welding seam width of 2.5 mm, a bursting pressure far in excess of 30 bar is achieved.

Viewing window

The viewing window is welded into the operating panel of an electrical device using simultaneous welding. The component, with a welding seam length of 115 mm, is radiated with four line-shaped laser beams in a rectangular configuration in the form of a curtain. With a diode laser output power of 4*20 W, the welding time is 1 s.
