Export Specialist

For our Orders & Export Administration department at Leister Technologies AG we are looking for a reliable, dynamic and team-oriented personality. The core mission of this position is order processing and disposition of customer orders in cooperation with the production planning department. as well as the organization of shipping orders worldwide. The position requires good communication and coordination skills as a liaison between subsidiaries, their customers as well as internal Departments, freight forwarders and other external entities.


Your Tasks

  • Customer support in day-to-day operations
  • Contract-compliant order processing incl. repair and warranty service
  • Scheduling and coordinating shipments
  • Organizing international deliveries in cooperation with transport service providers
  • Preparation of export and customs documents in compliance with international regulations
  • Invoicing and monitoring of payments and credit limits
  • Correspondence with customers, internal and external agencies and authorities
  • Responsible for complete business filing and continuous adjustment of master data 


Your Profile

  • Basic commercial training
  • Foreign trade specialist or equivalent further training is an advantage
  • Several years of export experience (customs and taxes, internal payment transactions and transport, Incoterms)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, PSI Penta, Expowin)
  • Stylish German as well as good English skills, French skills advantageous
