Sales Assistant
For our Orders & Export Administration department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an independent and customer-oriented personality. The core mission of this position is the administrative processing of customer orders, shipments, and correspondence as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks
- Information and consulting points as well as general correspondence within the assigned customer group
- Contractually compliant efficient order processing incl. repair and warranty processing
- Preparation of quotations, including transport costs according to specifications
- Coordination of deliveries internally and externally with transport service providers
- Independent preparation of export documents in compliance with international regulations
- Monitoring of payments and credit limits as well as invoice control
- Responsible for a complete business filing and continuous adjustment of master data
Your Profile
- Basic commercial training
- Foreign trade specialist or equivalent, further training is an advantage
- Several years of export experience (processing offers/contracts, dealings with banks, forwarding agents, etc.)
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems
- Stylish German and very good English skills, French skills are an advantage
