Purchase Officer limited until 31 March 2024

We are looking for active support for our Procurement department at Leister Technologies AG.

 

Your Tasks

  • Handling of general correspondence
  • Execution of orders, order confirmations as well as proactive processing of the deadline monitoring of our global supply chain
  • Transport monitoring and initiation of possible internal and external measures
  • Collaboration on quotation requests and bid comparisons as well as various projects
  • Review of invoices
  • Communication interface with the planning and production departments

 

Your Profile

  • Basic commercial training
  • very good knowledge of MS Office products and ERP systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
