Senior Team Leader Transfer
We are looking for an assertive and goal-oriented personality with a flair for quality to strengthen our production department Assembly Automats/Systems for the Transfer team at Leister Technologies AG.
Your Tasks
- Technical and personnel management of the team of 11 employees
- Technical deputy in case of the absence of the head of the department
- Organization and fine control of PPS production orders within the production team
- Technical responsibility for the intermediate and final inspection of the production results
- Handling of the qualitative incoming inspection
- Creation and maintenance of the documentation of the area of responsibility
- Implementation of the team-internal and relevant QM guidelines
- Ensuring the transfer of know-how within the assigned team
- Collaboration in assembly to support the team
Your Profile
- Completed mechanical and/or electrotechnical vocational training and several years of professional experience in the assembly of devices, assemblies or components
- further technical training is an advantage
- good PC skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
- leadership experience desirable
- previous knowledge of business administration
- very good knowledge of German and previous knowledge of English
