Head of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce

For our Digital Marketing and E-Commerce division at Leister AG, we are looking for an independent, motivated individual with a flair for digital strategies, data-driven marketing, and innovative technologies. You know how to lead an international team, drive global initiatives, and actively develop the digital customer experience.

 

Your tasks

  • Management of the international digital marketing and e-commerce team
  • Technical support for local marketing organizations worldwide
  • Responsibility for the global online marketing and social media budget
  • Further development, implementation, and optimization of the digital marketing strategy
  • Business product owner for the Leister Group websites (including budget responsibility)
  • Establishing and expanding digital marketing analyses and reporting structures
  • Helping to shape the customer experience across all web platforms
  • Identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends
  • Ensuring quality and adherence to best practices across all digital channels
  • Supporting predictive analytics, business intelligence, and CIP processes

 

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, marketing, or similar fields
  • Several years of professional experience in digital marketing/e-commerce (B2B2C experience is an advantage)
  • Experience in project and/or change management
  • Expertise in digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media
  • Experience with modern AI tools
  • German and English: very good written and spoken skills
