Shiftleader Backend
For our Wafer Production Backend department at Axetris AG we are looking for an independent, motivated person who is willing to work two shifts.
Your Tasks
- Prioritisation of production orders in cooperation with production planning
- Assigning work to the production employees
- Training of new employees
- Quality monitoring
- Productive collaboration in wafer production
- Processing production orders in the ERP system
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, physics/chemistry lab technician, microtechnologist or similar.
- Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing, watchmaking, medical technology, chemistry, optics or lithography
- good user knowledge of MS-Office
- German oral fluency, good written skills
- Organisational skills, healthy assertiveness, good communication skills
