UNIPLAN 300 / UNIPLAN 500 - automatic, practical, safe

The UNIPLAN is available in two performance models: UNIPLAN 300 and UNIPLAN 500. Both automatic welders are ideal for overlap, hem, and pipe welding either on a table or on the ground. The welders are equipped with a device that lifts up the material, so there is no need to fold the tarpaulins prior to welding. The subsequent swiveling in of the nozzle is semi-automatic for additional convenience for the user and reliability. This is a useful feature for novices and experienced users alike.

Users no longer have to worry about the welder getting stuck on obstacles such as grommets, hooks and other accessories. The swivel castor wheel of the UNIPLAN 300 and 500 can easily be moved by hand in order to get around anything that is in the way. On both UNIPLAN welders, users can change from overlap welding to hem or pipe welding in one easy step. The hot-air blower on the UNIPLAN 500 is brushless and therefore maintenance-free. Thanks to its powerful blower motor, it achieves a significantly higher welding performance than the UNIPLAN 300.

Both the UNIPLAN 300 and the UNIPLAN 500 are electronically controlled and can be easily operated via the display. The maximum speed of both automatic welders is 16 meters per minute. This is more than twice as fast as the previous UNIPLAN E and S models.
