IT Service Desk Employee 100%

Your duties:

  • 1st/2nd level support of hardware, operating and standard software
  • Independent problem analysis and solution development
  • Ticket coordination with 2nd level support, suppliers and service providers
  • Lifecycle management of standardized IT hardware and software
  • Planning and implementation of user training
  • Collaboration in local/group-wide projects
  • Creation and maintenance of operating instructions and technical documentation
  • Support for the training of apprentices

Your profile:

  • Professional apprenticeship as a computer scientist or equivalent training
  • Several years of experience in the IT support environment
  • Experience in the Microsoft environment (MS certifications an advantage)
  • Knowledge of methods in incident, problem and change management, e.g. ITIL
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure and cloud services desirable
  • Customer / service oriented way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
