For our Leister Academy department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an independent, digitally affine and motivated personality. The core mission of the Leister Academy is the implementation of all learning and training initiatives.

Digital Learning and Training Specialist

Your duties

Implement interactive learning media (70%)

  • Responsible for the development and expansion of the digital learning area of the Leister Academy
  • Conceptualize, design and implement high-quality and engaging digital learning content (Articulate authoring tool) for various product areas
  • Updating/expanding existing learning media with a focus on digital learning trends
  • Assistance in the creation of learning videos
  • Design and implementation of hybrid and blended learning formats
  • Manage and create various digital training materials
  • Occasionally conduct classroom training/workshops on the use of our digital tools

Online events and learning management system (30%)

  • Plan, design, execute and facilitate digital events (webinars and virtual classrooms/online training) in close collaboration with the various product areas
  • Responsible for the support, training, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)

Your profile

  • Technical education and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the digital learning sector
  • Further education with focus on digital learning (e.g. CAS eLearning Design) is an advantage
  • Expert level experience in using the authoring tool Articulate (Storyline 360, Rise 360)
  • Experience with hybrid/blended learning formats and learning management system administration
  • Experience in delivering and facilitating online event formats (webinars, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of service delivery
  • Curiosity, interest, and high affinity for digital learning topics and learning trends
  • Methodical and didactical skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
