Our Wafer Production department is looking for an experienced personality as
Team Leader DryEtch/Litho
Your main tasks
- Responsible for the overall management of the DryEtch/Litho area
- Transfer of new processes into production
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative production
- Further development of production processes with regard to quality improvement, scrap reduction, productivity and efficiency increase
- Monitor product quality throughout production
- Collaborate with other departments to improve uptime and capacity
- Promote and support new solutions to improve productivity
- Assist in new methods to increase problem solving and production failure analysis
- Organize training and provide technical and personal leadership to subordinate employees
Your profile
- Degree in microtechnology, materials science, automation technology or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry in a similar position
- Experience in employee management
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High level of initiative, organizational skills, assertiveness and doer mentality
