For the team of our Sensor Production Equipment and Processes Development department we are looking for a

R&D Production Engineer / Project Leader

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility and execution of industrialization projects with focus on production and manufacturing systems, especially high volume packaging solutions of Axetris MEMS sensor products.
  • Conceptual design, analysis, evaluation and commissioning of technically and economically optimized production systems including new manufacturing processes and application of innovative technologies
  • Process control with implementation of process monitoring and statistical data analysis to achieve yield targets
  • Coordination between development and production as well as external partners
  • Analyzing and deriving measures and projects for continuous improvement of production

 

Your Profile

  • completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology)
  • Professional experience in the MEMS industry in the field of production engineering / automation
  • Experience in project management and assembly processgood German and English language skills
  • Reliable, innovative, adaptive and quality-conscious personality
