Group Financial Controller

For our Group Finance & Controlling department we are looking for a dedicated and resilient personality with international experience in Corporate Accounting and Financial Controlling.


Your Tasks

  • Preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements of the Leister Group 
  • Responsible for the Group Reporting process: budgeting, reporting, consolidation
  • Preparation of meaningful reporting to management
  • Leading the Corporate Accounting & Controlling team
  • Handling of accounting issues 
  • Financial Controlling and support of subsidiaries in financial matters
  • Contact person for external auditors regarding consolidated financial statements
  • Preparation of all tax declarations for Leister companies in Switzerland
  • Responsible:r Business Process Owner Finance
  • Leadership / collaboration on projects in the area of further development of the Finance and Controlling function 
  • Collaboration in all Corporate Governance and Risk Management activities
  • Support of the CFO in further Corporate Finance tasks (Tax, Insurance, Treasury, Risk Management, M&A etc.)


Your Profile

  • Completed higher education in business administration with focus on finance and controlling; additional education in accounting (certified public accountant or expert in accounting and controlling) is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in Group Accounting / Controlling at an internationally operating company and with experience in group consolidation and financial reporting
  • Experience in Financial Controlling. Background from internal or external audit is an advantage
  • Good ERP knowledge and experience in analyzing and structuring financial and operational processes 
  • Excellent comprehension, networked thinking, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented
  • Outgoing personality and team player with leadership experience
  • Stylish German and very good English skills
