As
Quality Engineer
you are the first contact person for all quality-related topics in the area of sensor production.
Your Tasks
- Participation in supplier selection, qualification, development, evaluation and in the preparation of QA agreements
- Planning and execution of supplier audits
- Active handling of internal and supplier-related complaints
- Implementation of various quality methods for sustainable defect prevention (recording of Q-reports, coordination of defect analyses, creation of 8D-reports)
- Supervision and implementation of the initial sampling process
- Participation in inspection planning
- Active management and processing of the supplier-related change management process
- Technical coordination and interface between suppliers and the various areas in the organization (from purchasing to production to development engineering)
- Leading cross-functional meetings incl. application of problem solving methods
Your Profile
- Completed studies in the field of engineering
- Knowledge of production processes - advantage in the automotive environment
- Experience in quality techniques and project management
- Independent, solution-oriented, structured and analytical way of working as well as a confident appearance
- Good command of written and spoken English
- 3+ years of experience in supplier management
