Engineer or technician as service engineer for laser systems in the field 100% (m/f/d)
Your essential tasks:
You provide professional technical support for laser systems for plastic welding by telephone, remote maintenance and on-site at our customers.
You perform preventive maintenance on laser systems using checklists and prepare maintenance reports.
You commission machines on site.
You carry out training of the operating and/or maintenance personnel.
You will assist in the development of service training materials and the execution of internal and external training.
You carry out laser welding tests in our laboratory together with our application engineer.

You have an "inner flame" to serve our customers with optimal service through a professional attitude.
You are very willing to work in the field, sometimes in neighbouring European countries, and speak good English.
You have a qualified, technical vocational qualification as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable professional qualification, e. g. B. as an experienced technician (m/f/d)
