Maintenance Technician
Your main tasks
- Ensuring high equipment availability and process stability through timely and careful maintenance
of production equipment in wafer manufacturing
- Performing and planning preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of production equipment
(lithography, wet chemistry or thin films) to ensure high equipment availability, cooperation
with external partners
- Responsible for inventory management and spare parts management
- Work closely with team colleagues and process engineers
- Assisting in the improvement of existing manufacturing processes of the plant, actively contributing suggestions for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance tasks
- Maintaining and ensuring occupational safety
Your profile
- Technical vocational training as well as specific further education in electronics, mechanics or physics advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of semiconductor production equipment, e.g. in lithography
wet chemistry, coating technology or in plasma processes
- Work experience in clean rooms and in handling hazardous chemicals or equipment in which they are used
are used
- Good knowledge of German or English
- Reliable and committed personality with a high level of self-initiative
