Repair and Service Technician
For our Product Support Team at the Leister Academy, we are looking for an independent, customer-oriented and motivated personality. The core mission of the Repair and Training Center is repairs,
rework, support activities and technical training.
Your Tasks
- Carrying out incidental repair, service and warranty work
- Support and technical advice to the repair departments of our worldwide sales partners, subsidiaries and our sales administrators
- Support in the creation of repair manuals and cooperation in the development of new products products
- Preparation and execution of repair and service trainings worldwide (in English)
- Collaboration and support for the continuous expansion of training activities and preparation of new training concepts
- Collaboration and support in audits of the worldwide repair and service centers
Your Profile
- Basic technical training in the field of electronics, electromechanics or mechatronics with several years of professional experience and/or further training at HF level
- Repair and service center experience is desirable
- Knowledge of training activities and dealing with international customers is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Methodical and didactic skills
- International willingness to travel of approx. 5%
