To strengthen our reception team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your Tasks

Telephone and written contact with our customers
Taking care of visitors at our headquarters in Kägiswil
Assistance with the administrative organization of customer visits and events
Maintenance of the meeting rooms and the infrastructure of the customer zone
Handling of various correspondence in German and English according to templates
as well as other minor tasks

Your Profile

Basic commercial training
Experience in the areas of reception/customer service as well as telephone exchange
Service-oriented, good manners and a well-groomed appearance
Good knowledge of English and French would be an advantage
Willingness to act as a vacation replacement for around ten weeks a year at a workload of 80 - 100%
