R&D Production Engineer

Your Tasks

  • Development of new production facilities and optimization of existing facilities and processes
  • Introduction of new innovative technologies such as machine learning, image processing and robotics elements with the aim of gradually increasing automation in production
  • Continuous improvement of production processes by means of data analysis and predictive maintenance
  • Support of sensor development considering manufacturability and production costs
  • Link between development and production (Design for Manufacturing)
  • Define and lead optimization projects for manufacturing and assembly processes


Your Profile

  • Completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology)
  • Professional experience or further education in the field of production engineering / automation
  • Experience with simulation, planning, control and evaluation programs
  • Good knowledge of German and Englis
  • Communicative, innovative, adaptive and quality-conscious personality
