We are looking for a Business Process Engineer 100% (m/f) to strengthen our Enterprise Application Team, which is currently implementing SAP Business ByDesign in the Group's foreign sales companies.

Business Process Engineer 100% (m/f)

Your duties:

You will help roll out SAPbD and take integral responsibility for a process. This activity includes all tasks from process analysis, implementation and testing to user training and means concretely:

  • Definition / optimization of standardized processes in SAPbD
  • Inclusion of country-specific requirements
  • Alignment of standard processes with local needs and requirements
  • Configuration and implementation of SAPbD in the country subsidiaries (on-site and/or remote)
  • Transfer of users from their local solution to the standardized processes of the group solution
  • Responsibility and implementation of trainings (especially Super User)
  • User support and guidance through user acceptance testing and data migrations as well as support in the go-live and stabilization phase
  • 2nd and 3rd level support for complex issues
  • Collaborate and align needs with process management colleagues, relevant application managers and stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • Well-founded education or further education (FH or Uni) with focus on computer science / business informatics / process management and/or finance (FA, expert)
  • Well-founded professional experience (at least 3 years) in the international ERP environment (trade / production / after sales service) or at least well-founded super user experience
  • Sound process understanding in at least one of the main processes Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Supply Chain Management, Service & Repair and / or Accounting
  • Good general understanding of business administration
  • Analytical/conceptual skills combined with a confident manner
  • Good knowledge of requirements engineering and project/change management would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of form and report design (e.g. Crystal Reports) would be an advantage
  • Proficient in the German language with a very good command of English
  • Willingness for occasional travel (max. 10%)
