Development Engineer Sensor Technologies
Your Tasks
In this technical lead function you will be responsible for new developments in the area of mechanics and sensor technology as well as product optimizations and further developments of the existing portfolio. The focus is on sensor design and the underlying modules and assemblies, including those based on micropackaging. You will be responsible for processing industrial, innovative design solutions, including their specifications (3-D CAD models/2-D drawings), and support project management for new and further developments of the product portfolio. Along the value chain, you will take on the associated system engineering tasks, taking advantage of the synergies in the sensing product platform area. To ensure product manufacturability and technical performance, you will be responsible for the specifications and ensure high-quality supplier management.
Your profile
We are looking for a person with a technical college or university education in the field of microtechnology, microsystems technology, sensor technology or precision mechanics with sound knowledge in the creation of complex mechanical assemblies. Initial experience in the areas of micropackaging and sensor design will support you in this exciting challenge in a unique environment.
