Team Leader

beeing responsible for the shift team of the Sensor Production Assembly department in terms of personnel and organization.

Your main tasks

  • Detailed planning of production orders in cooperation with shift management according to the skills matrix
  • Coordination shift meetings focused on quality, performance, planning and staffing.
  • Maintaining the shift schedule as well as ensuring the flow of information during shift handovers.
  • Assessing, training and leading employees
  • Responsible for compliance with safety regulations in production
  • Responsible for the warehouse and the timely provision (semi-finished products, consumables, etc.)
  • Responsible for timely maintenance and cleaning of operating and test equipment incl. documentation

Your profile

  • Experience in team leadership and in assembly, lean management and quality assurance.
  • Completed vocational training in technical production environment
  • Professional experience in cleanroom environments
  • Further training as a process specialist or technician HF is an advantage
  • confident handling of MS-Office programs and knowledge of ERP software
  • very good German and good English skills
