Production & Automation Engineer m/f/d
For the SCM & Operations department, we are looking for a strong implementer who will support us in introducing intelligent material flow/production concepts, industrializing and ramping up new products, and automating manufacturing processes.
Your Tasks
Hands-on support in the introduction of new products and the development of suitable production concepts.
Monitoring product changes and providing support in the event of quality deviations.
Implementing lean transformations and automation projects in various manufacturing areas (mechanical processing, welding, electronics, engine construction, preliminary and final assembly).
Enthusing colleagues for implementation and providing practical support on the shop floor.
Collaborating on the introduction of SAP S/4HANA and the further development of our KPI systems.
Your Profile
Completed basic mechanical/electrical training with further education at HF or FH level.
Strong hands-on mentality and strong analytical skills; programming skills are an advantage.
Ability to engage and inspire employees from different departments and levels.
Networked thinking and a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Initial experience in the areas of work preparation, automation, and digitalization is a major advantage.
Very good English skills.
