Development Engineer

To strengthen our Plastic Fabrication, Roofing, and Flooring Business Line at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-oriented and execution-driven individual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for further developing the product range—from idea conception and creation of technical specifications to series maturity for design and construction.
Project management for assigned projects.
Development of innovative solutions; support in patent research and patent applications.
Supervision of manufacturing and assembly of functional models, prototypes, and pilot series.
Responsible for execution and documentation of device and system tests as well as acceptance testing.

Your Profile

Technical background as a design engineer with several years of professional experience and/or further education in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering (HF/FH).
Experience in project management as well as in manufacturing and testing processes.
Confident in creating complex CAD models.
Experience in plastics technology, measurement technology, or automation technology, as well as English skills, are desirable.
