Material and manufacturing defects that occur despite proper use and maintenance. If your Leister product has a defect during the warranty period, we will ensure that the defect is repaired free of charge and that your Leister product functions properly again.
The voluntary warranty applies to all Leister products purchased through authorized distributors and registered online within 30 days of purchase.
To register for the voluntary warranty extension, you will need the 10-digit serial number, the item number and the proof of purchase. Excluded are items listed under the section “Products excluded from the voluntary guarantee”.
Leister products that do not have a ten-digit serial number (LABOR S, DIODE S, HOT JET S, FORTE S3, MINOR), cannot be registered and are therefore excluded from the voluntary warranty. In addition, the following products are excluded from the voluntary 5-year warranty. These products can still be added to your existing product portfolio for device management in the Leister customer profile.

Simply use the link provided in the email to try again. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, your request will be reviewed manually by our team.
If you do not receive the verification email, first check your spam or junk folder. In many cases, the message is filtered there by your email provider. Another common reason is a mistyped email address during account creation. In this case, the verification email cannot be delivered. Please create a new account and make sure your email address is entered correctly.
In some cases, the process cannot be completed because the network security settings of your company are too strict. Corporate firewalls may block certain upload or confirmation steps in the registration process. Please try completing the registration again using a private device or a private internet connection outside your company’s network.
