Compact Handheld Device For professional hot air welding

You work daily with hot air and need a welding machine that is smart, reliable and easy to handle? The HOT JET A is designed for this purpose. The ergonomic manual welding machine combines high performance with a sleek design and supports you in demanding welding work on site as well as in the workshop. Whether as a compact hot air unit for flat and pitched roof construction and floor installations or for detailed work in container construction – the closed loop system regulates temperature and air volume constantly. The result is stable processes and consistent quality.

Two Variants for Maximum Flexibility

The HOT JET A is available in two versions, each optimized for specific applications. The variant 302 is equipped with a narrow heating tube, as is already used on the proven HOT JET S, and is particularly suitable for fine, precise heating and soldering applications.

The more powerful 500 variant is equipped with a larger heating tube modeled after that of the TRIAC and provides additional power reserves for more demanding plastic welding jobs. The HOT JET 500 A is compatible with TRIAC nozzles.

Intuitive Operation that Saves you Time

Complex settings take time – not so with the HOT JET A. The intuitive E-Drive allows you to control all functions with just one button. Temperature, air quantity and additional functions can thus be set quickly and safely. This reduces sources of error and speeds up your workflow. Proven Leister functions such as Eco-Mode, Restart Protection and an area restriction (application protection) are integrated as standard. This will help you work efficiently while reducing material and energy consumption.

Ergonomically Designed for Fatigue-Free Working

Especially during longer operations, every detail counts. The HOT JET A fits securely in the hand thanks to its slim handle. Vibration-absorbing retaining surfaces noticeably reduce loads. The new ergonomic design combined with the balanced and balanced fan units efficiently reduces device vibration. The result is quiet working and more comfort – even over several hours.

Brushless Blower Motor – Made by Leister

Inside, a brushless MICROdrive motor of the latest generation of Leister motors with a service life of around 10,000 hours is used. The potted electronics reliably protect the sensitive components from dust and dirt. This makes the HOT JET A particularly durable and reliably accompanies you through many projects.
