Inline air heaters such as the LHS 61S PREMIUM are used for rapid air heating and specific hot air applications in industrial processes. Through the 62 mm (2.4 in) wide heating tube, the device distributes hot air efficiently and is individually adjustable for respective requirements through various accessories and nozzles. Integrated power control allows easier installation, because fewer cables have to be laid. Not only does this reduce installation costs, but also reduces the risk of faulty connections.

Highlights
Heat supplied for inline production
Robust
Two-component housing
The housing on the LHS 61 series from Leister consists of cast aluminum and polyamide. Thus, these devices are particularly robust and resistant to heat, soiling and other loads in industrial operations.
Precise
Electronic control
The electronic control of the LHS 61S PREMIUM ensures extremely precise performance control with the rotary potentiometer. It operates completely silent and without wear.
Strong
Heating tube diameter of 62 mm
The heating element on the LHS 61S PREMIUM builds up the required process heat quickly with a heating tube diameter of 62 mm / 2.4".
