A compact extrusion welding machine that delivers more than its size suggests: With an extrusion output of over 3 kg/h  (7.3 lb/h), the WELDPLAST 300 is the ideal solution for medium to large weld cross-sections. It delivers the power exactly where it’s needed – controlled, constant, and reliable. Whether welding pump shafts and water reservoirs, joining plastic components in apparatus and tank construction, or complex geometries in boat building.

Ergonomic design

A tool convinces when it is comfortable to handle. The WELDPLAST 300 fits perfectly in the hand – thanks to ergonomic design, variable hand positions and optimal weight distribution. Even during long operations, working remains pleasant for you. The specially designed cable connection ensures clean cable management in any position. The integrated LED work light illuminates the details and provides clear visibility of the welding zone – for safety, comfort, and precise results.

Double-sided wire feed

The WELDPLAST 300 offers dual wire feed. This flexibility significantly facilitates work in tight spaces and with changing welding directions.

The upper air inlet, the easily accessible air filter, and the side-mounted storage stand also demonstrate: Every detail of the extruder is designed to make your workday easier.

Quality – Documented and Traceable

Consistent welding quality does not occur by chance. The 2-zone plastic heating (Double Screw Heating DSH) of the WELDPLAST 300 ensures precise temperature control and uniform results – weld seam by weld seam. With the Leister Quality System (LQS), quality becomes visible and verifiable: The myLeister app ensures comprehensive documentation of all relevant welding parameters.

The WELDPLAST 300 is fully equipped with Brushless Technology (BLT). The POWERdrive motor provides unprecedented driving power and the ECOdrive blower motor ensures a strong airflow. The result: high efficiency, long lifespan, and minimal maintenance. The integrated Eco Mode reduces energy consumption by up to 60 % – good for the environment and your operating costs.
