Perfect lighting for precise plastic welding

Good lighting is essential for precise welding work

When it comes to apparatus and container construction, every detail counts. Weld seams must be properly prepared, executed and inspected. Poor lightning makes it difficult to see material structures, weld seams, or surface irregularities, increasing the risk of errors.

With Leister’s new lighting solutions, you can work efficiently regardless of the time of day, lighting conditions, or available construction site lighting. Whether you are working in production halls, confined containers or on a construction site, you can always keep your work area in view.

This ensures optimal illumination of the work area and helps you accurately assess weld seams and surfaces – even under low-light conditions. This enables you to work more productively while improving occupational safety at the same time. Four brightness levels allow you to adjust the light output precisely to suit your application.

Especially practical for everyday construction site use: Thanks to the included multi-battery adapters, you can use existing batteries from Makita, Bosch Professional, DeWalt, Milwaukee or Metabo CAS. This means that you remain independent of the power grid and do not need to purchase an additional battery system.

The swivelling lamp head, along with integrated magnets and fold-out hooks, enables flexible attachment to steel structures, scaffolding, pipes, or other suitable mounting points. For you, this means: free hands for your actual work.

Four lighting modes with spot and flood lighting, as well as dimmable brightness levels, ensure the right illumination at all times. With up to 400 lumens light output and an operating time of up to 10 hours the headlamp reliably supports you through the entire working day.

The integrated motion sensor is particularly convenient. It allows you to switch the light on or off with a simple hand movement – ideal when wearing gloves or working with dirty hands. The battery can be conveniently charged via USB-C. Alternatively the headlamp can be also operated with three AAA batteries.

Two solutions – perfectly matched

The LED Work Light and the LED headlamp complement each other perfectly. While the construction site spotlight illuminates the entire work area over a wide area, the headlamp provides additional light exactly where maximum precision is required. Together, both products create optimal visibility – whether you are manufacturing large plastic containers, welding pipe systems, or floor coverings. The result: They work more safely, more precisely, and achieve consistently high welding quality.

Leister hot air gun with integrated work light

Leister integrates work light where it directly supports your everyday work. That's why the handheld devices such as NEXHEAT 300 A-LP and PENWELD A already feature an integrated work light. The new lighting solutions extend this concept in a meaningful way, ensuring that you have an optimal view of your work at all times, even beyond the immediate area of the welding machine.
