Management Assistants in foreign trade are professionals who take on a multifaceted role in business administration. You will be responsible for handling various tasks in the area of wholesale and foreign trade. This includes organizing purchasing and sales processes, coordinating deliveries and logistics, customer service, preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining business relationships.

During your training, you will work in all departments and areas - from logistics to purchasing, sales to financial accounting. Through your stays in the various work areas, you will get to know our different processes. You get a comprehensive insight into the organizational processes.

  • Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Preparation of offers and sales contracts
  • Logging orders
  • Recording and posting of business transactions
  • Preparation of invoices and statements
  • Creating and posting payment runs
  • Issuing reminders
  • Organization of meetings, appointments and events

 

Requirements

  • Good Realschulabschluss, Abitur or equivalent qualification
  • Pleasure in dealing with modern information and communication media
  • Initiative and enthusiasm for learning
  • You have an inner flame for the profession

 

Training duration

Basic training as an administrator takes three years.
