Controller SCM & Production
For our Finance & Controlling department we are looking for a committed and resilient personality with international controlling experience in production companies and profound knowledge in the field of supply chain management.
Your Tasks
- Business Process Owner for SCM & Production worldwide
- Technical expert in the project "Migration of production companies to a new ERP
- Development and implementation of a standardized concept for measuring performance in the area of SCM & Production including production costing
- Definition of key figures and performance indicators in the area of SCM & Production
- Further development of controlling in the area of SCM & Production including definition of corrective measures
- Creation of an integral SCM cockpit for the attention of management
- Support of the concept regarding master data maintenance for SCM and Production
- Identification of cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities and development of improvement proposals
- Lead or participate in optimization projects in the functional area
- Collaboration in transfer pricing projects and analyses
- Pre- and post-calculations for project transactions
- Competence center for the processing of cross-border transactions
- Close cooperation with the various departments to promote the continuous improvement process,
- Business partnering of plant managers
Your Profile
- Proven expert in your field due to several years of controlling experience in the international industrial environment in production and supply chain management
- Solid theoretical education based on business studies (HF, FH, Uni) and/or further education as an expert in accounting and controlling (advantage)
- Sound knowledge in the application of SAP, especially in the modules Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Strong understanding of production processes and their potential for improvement
- Enjoyment of both conceptual design activities as well as operational implementation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Stylish German and very good English skills
