SAP S/4HANA Process Expert Logistics
For our Supply Chain Management department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a committed individual with a focus on quality management to support our operational excellence. The goal is to achieve lean end-to-end process design in the area of operations and supply chain management as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. As an SME, we strive for a pragmatic process landscape that is consistent, stable, and economical, while ensuring quality and delivery performance.
Your responsibilities
- Participation in the planning and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA rollout with a focus on simple and efficient processes.

Support in the following areas:
- Design of warehouse and logistics processes in accordance with SAP S/4HANA standards
(in particular EWM/stock room management).
- Definition of warehouse strategies, e.g., storage, retrieval, and replenishment strategies, inventory
management, physical warehouse organization
- Maintenance and migration of logistics master data (e.g., storage locations, storage types,
handling units, packaging materials, transport resources)
- Definition of logistics key performance indicators (KPIs) and development of monitoring for
operational control (e.g., inventory turnover, throughput times)
- Training and empowering specialist departments to work independently with the new processes.
- Support with data migration while ensuring data quality
- Technical further development of processes with a focus on efficiency gains
Your profile
- User experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally in medium-sized industrial companies.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant SAP S4H SCM modules
- Strong skills in process analysis and design with a focus on reducing effort and complexity.
- Confident project approach with the aim of implementing solutions efficiently and in a targeted manner.
- Structured, process-oriented thinking with a clear eye for pragmatic, low-maintenance solutions.
- Very good German skills; English skills are a must.
