SAP S/4HANA Process Expert Planning

For our Supply Chain Management department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a committed individual to help shape end-to-end processes in the area of demand, production, and material planning as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. As an SME, we strive for a pragmatic and economical process landscape that ensures our delivery performance in the long term.

Your tasks

  • Participation in the planning and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA introduction with a focus on simple and efficient processes.
  • Definition of requirements and related processes in the following areas:

- Pre-production (work preparation)

- Materials planning & requirements planning

- Item management

- Production planning & control, including capacity planning

  • Focus on low complexity with few dependencies, enabling short throughput times and ease of use in day-to-day business
  • Training and empowering specialist departments to work independently with the new processes.
  • Support with data migration while ensuring data quality
  • Technical further development of processes with a focus on efficiency gains
  • Monitoring and ensuring key performance indicators, in particular OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and OTD (On-Time Delivery).

Your profile

  • User experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally in medium-sized industrial companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant SAP S4H SCM modules
  • Strong skills in process analysis and design with a focus on reducing effort and complexity.
  • Confident project approach with the aim of implementing solutions efficiently and in a targeted manner.
  • Structured, process-oriented thinking with a clear eye for pragmatic, low-maintenance solutions.
  • Very good German skills; English skills are a must.
