Technical Application Engineer & Trainer – Process Heat 100%

To strengthen our Industrial Systems/Hot Air Technology division at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a technically skilled and communicative individual who enjoys the interface between customer and product as well as training.


Your tasks

  • You advise our distributors, subsidiaries, and customers worldwide in selecting appropriate products and competently assist them with technical inquiries – with a clear focus on application and technology, not on sales
  • You analyze technical inquiries and develop individual, practical solutions – if necessary in collaboration with Product Management or the Applications Center.
  • You prepare product-specific expertise and application experiences tailored to target groups – for example, in the form of application notes, FAQs, training materials, or short videos – in close collaboration with our Leister Academy
  • You design, organize, and moderate product training sessions, both internally and externally, virtually or in person – and actively contribute to the development of new digital learning formats
  • You bring your application experience into product development and make a valuable contribution to the continuous advancement of our product portfolios

 
Your Profile

  • Technical training in mechanical, electrical or plant engineering – ideally supplemented by a degree (HF/FH)
  • Enjoyment of technology, customer contact, and knowledge transfer
  • Experience in technical customer support or application technology (B2B) Negotiation-level German and good English – you communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
  • International travel (approximately 5%) for training and customer visits
