Three months after the launch, the many clues collected form a certain proof: it was a successful autumn for the new UNIPLAN, a product that has significantly increased the potential in the new versions 300 and 500. To weld truck tarpaulins, curtains or advertising banners with ease and quality, the Leister automatic welding machine is the best choice: with a single machine and without wasting time, it is possible to create hems and reinforcements. The integrated lifting of the tarpaulin and the automatic rotation towards the inside of the nozzle also make work easier and increase process safety.
The digital display allows you to manage the welding parameters and, in the case of UNIPLAN 500, to store them for future use. The welding speed, theoretically higher than 15 m/min / 49.2 ft/min, is twice as fast as the previous UNIPLAN models, makes the other welding machines of the same category pale and is able to satisfy even the most demanding professionals in the welding of PVC sheets.
Moreover, the swivelling and sliding roller wheel makes it particularly easy to avoid obstacles such as eyelets, rivets or fixing hooks. Switching from overlap welding to hems or keder is very easy, all to the benefit of speed and productivity.
The combination of many positive features makes it easy to understand the decision of the jury of the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA), which in 2019 awarded UNIPLAN 500 the title of Product of the Year (category Banner finish - eyelets, hems and welding). The jury evaluated over 200 products to select the most interesting new products in the segment.
