Ideal for pallets

With a weight of only 4.4 kg / 9.7 lbs and a power output of 10 kW, FORTE S3 represents an ideal combination of efficiency and manoeuvrability. Designed with particular attention to ergonomics, like all Leister handtools devices, it combines a practical handle with a compact design (measuring only 390 x 132 x 215 mm / 15.4 x 5.2 x 8.5 in) that makes it easy to use even in confined spaces; a support foot integrated into the device structure further facilitates the operator's work.
Thanks to its power, FORTE S3 can deliver a powerful jet of hot air that reaches temperatures of up to 650 °C / 1202 °F. It is ideal for shrinking polyethylene membranes, either in the form of sheets, fixed with special tape, or caps: also the packaging of bulky goods and pallets must be indicated.

In addition to ensuring uniform shrinkage and allowing for a considerable speed of processing, FORTE S3 also stands out for its safety. Compared to the use of the open flame, still widely used in the sector, the greater safety of hot air technology is evident, especially in the presence of flammable materials or subject to quality deterioration if subjected to too intense heating.
