Deron Stambaugh – New General Manager at Leister USA

After 22 years, Jerry Zybko has handed over his position as General Manager at Leister USA to Deron Stambaugh. During the SAMEx kick-off, Martin Zingg, CEO, and Andy Meens, CCO, thanked Jerry in front of the entire LTUS team and warmly welcomed Deron to the Leister Group.

Jerry Zybko New Head of Sales & Business Development LPW

Jerry is still working for the Leister Group. In his new role as Head of Sales & Business Development Laser Plastic Welding (LPW), he is focusing now on the expansion of the laser business in the USA.

22 Years of Successful Management

Under Jerry's leadership, the Leister national subsidiary in the USA has experienced impressive growth. The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Leister Group would like to thank Jerry for his great commitment over the past two decades and his always exemplary loyalty and wish him all the best, much joy and success in his new role.

A Warm Welcome to Deron Stambaugh – New General Manager Leister USA

Since January 16, 2023, Deron Stambaugh is the new General Manager Leister USA. Deron was most recently Vice President of Global Sales at Safe Fleet, a leading provider of safety equipment for emergency, response and commercial vehicles. Prior to that, Deron successfully held various sales, business development and engineering leadership roles at Diehl Controls, Flex, and Touch Sensor, respectively. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL, and an MBA from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Chicago, IL.
Martin Zingg is pleased that Deron has chosen Leister, “We are convinced that Deron brings all the necessary experience and knowledge from his previous career to successfully lead LTUS into the future.”

Like Jerry, Deron is based at Leister's Itasca site. In his role, he reports to Andy Meens, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the Leister Group.
