Sales Team Leader Industrial Heating m/f/d
Your Tasks
- Comprehensive leadership and development of the sales team in the Industrial Heating segment
- Goal-oriented coaching of the sales staff (FSEs), including visit planning, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Active involvement in the creation and implementation of sales strategies and budgeting processes (top-down / bottom-up)
- Management and expansion of strategically relevant key accounts as well as conducting price and contract negotiations
- Technical consulting on our industrial products using hot air and infrared technology
- Market development and sales within our structured Sales & Marketing Excellence process
- Regular market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and risks
- Initiation of sales and marketing campaigns
- Support of cross-functional leadership tasks and representation within the department management
What You Bring
- Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Solid leadership experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of plastics processing, infrared, or hot air technology
- Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications
- Affinity for social media and AI
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Technical understanding combined with a high customer orientation
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
