Digital Learning and Training Specialist

We are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our Leister Academy department at Leister Technologies AG. The focus is on the further development and expansion of digital learning and classroom content.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for the expansion of the digital learning area of the Leister Academy
  • Conception, design and implementation of digital, interactive and high-quality learning content with authoring tool Articulate Rise 360 for various product areas
  • Responsible for the administration, support and training of the Learning Management System
  • Administration and creation of various training materials
  • Support in the organisation and occasional implementation of face-to-face training
  • Planning, design, implementation and moderation of digital events (webinars) in close cooperation with the various product areas
  • Assistance in the expansion of the Academies of our subsidiaries
  • Updating/expansion of existing learning media with a focus on digital learning and training.

 

Your Profile

  • Basic technical or commercial training with technical affinity and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the digital learning sector
  • Experience at expert level in using the authoring tool Articulate Rise 360 (Storyline 360 an advantage)
  • Further training with a focus on digital learning (e.g. CAS eLearning Design) an advantage
  • Experience in Learning Management System administration
  • Experience in the organisation, implementation and moderation of online and face-to-face formats according to the blended learning approach (classroom training, webinars, etc.) 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Independent, conscientious way of working
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of service
  • Methodical and didactic skills
  • Curiosity, interest and high affinity for digital learning topics and learning trends
