Digital Learning and Training Specialist
We are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our Leister Academy department at Leister Technologies AG. The focus is on the further development and expansion of digital learning and classroom content.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the expansion of the digital learning area of the Leister Academy
- Conception, design and implementation of digital, interactive and high-quality learning content with authoring tool Articulate Rise 360 for various product areas
- Responsible for the administration, support and training of the Learning Management System
- Administration and creation of various training materials
- Support in the organisation and occasional implementation of face-to-face training
- Planning, design, implementation and moderation of digital events (webinars) in close cooperation with the various product areas
- Assistance in the expansion of the Academies of our subsidiaries
- Updating/expansion of existing learning media with a focus on digital learning and training.
Your Profile
- Basic technical or commercial training with technical affinity and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the digital learning sector
- Experience at expert level in using the authoring tool Articulate Rise 360 (Storyline 360 an advantage)
- Further training with a focus on digital learning (e.g. CAS eLearning Design) an advantage
- Experience in Learning Management System administration
- Experience in the organisation, implementation and moderation of online and face-to-face formats according to the blended learning approach (classroom training, webinars, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Independent, conscientious way of working
- Strong communication skills and understanding of service
- Methodical and didactic skills
- Curiosity, interest and high affinity for digital learning topics and learning trends
