Handwritten test reports are time-consuming and carry the risk of transcription errors. With the EXAMO 700-LP and EXAMO 705-LP, you can store all test data digitally. Using the Leister Quality System (LQS) or the myLeister app, you can transfer the measurement results directly to the cloud and create professional test reports from them. Two devices for different requirements
Not every construction site has the same requirements. The EXAMO 700-LP features an extra long travel distance of 600 mm. This makes it ideal for materials with high elongation, such as PVC-P, LD-PE, FPO or TPO.
The EXAMO 705-LP offers two completely independent measurement axes, each with a 300 mm tensile distance. This allows you to test two samples at the same time, significantly reducing testing time – a major advantage for extensive quality control or high daily test volumes. The device is ideal for tensile tests on HD-PE, LD-PE, EVA, FPO, TPO and PVC-P membranes.
Developed for demanding construction sites
Harsh operating conditions require robust technology. That is why both devices have an integrated drive mechanism. Exposed drive shafts are a thing of the past. The enclosed design reliably protects the mechanism from dirt and damage while also improving workplace safety. Dedicated buttons for peel and shear tests further speed up the daily testing and simplify test specimen preparation. This leaves more time for what matters: safe and reliable quality control.
