The 1.5 mm thin insertion probe is used to measure the air flow with the Leister temperature measuring device (article no. 136.961). This makes it possible, for example, to measure the preheating air in extrusion welding equipment, which must be precisely adjusted for optimum welding. The temperature of the air outlet of other plastic welding equipment can also be checked quickly and accurately with the temperature probe.
