If you have several Leister devices or would like to rent a replacement device*, shipping is particularly suitable. You drop off the package with your shipping partner and receive it back after the repair.
If a service partner is close to you, you can also hand over the device directly. As soon as the repair is complete, you will receive a message for collection or delivery.
All repair orders are processed in the order they are received — fairly and reliably. The choice of repair method is entirely up to you.

A repair takes around a week on average, excluding shipping time. However, due to seasonal reasons, there may be longer waiting times as there are periods when we receive more repair orders.
If a special spare part has to be purchased, the repair may be delayed accordingly. In any case, we will inform you if there are any deviations from the standard period.
Should the repair take longer than expected, we offer you a rental service*. Please note that we cannot cover the entire Leister product portfolio with the rental service. Your local Leister specialist would be happy to inform you about your options to bridge the repair gap.
