Leister's flicker chip is used to control electric heaters up to ≤ 4kW. The PMS01C circuit provides a cost-effective and flexible solution due to its ease of integration. Thanks to the integrated ASIC circuit, additional software is not required, making software updates unnecessary. The pulse pattern control switch on the Triac precisely controls the heating power. This limits mains perturbations to a standard-compliant level (EN61000-3-2 and EN61000-3-3).
